Depois de terminar o "exercício girar o Dan tian", ambos, espírito e a intenção mental, estão centrados no Dan tian. Segure-se nessa posição por algum tempo. Em seguida, o espírito e a intenção mental fixam se mais profundamente no Dan tian. Dan tian e umbigo naturalmente relaxam. Então, se concentre no Dan tian, olhar para o Dan tian e ouvir o Dan tian. Lentamente entrar em um estado de vazio chamado Hun yuan.<br />
